The fastest way to reach us: WhatsApp
Drop a message on WhatsApp and you will be talking directly to Rohit or one of our senior guides, not to a call centre. Tell us your rough dates and group size and you will have a tailored quote in your inbox within the hour. Same number for Viber and Signal if you prefer either.
Nepal is GMT +5:45, the only country in the world on a 45-minute offset. We answer WhatsApp between 06:00 and 22:00 Nepal time, which covers most of the UK waking day. Messages sent overnight UK time are answered first thing in our morning.
Send an enquiry
Prefer email? Use the form below. No deposit is needed to enquire. We will send you a tailored quote with a fixed GBP price and a link to reserve with a 10% deposit when you are ready. Our published starting price for the classic Circuit is £1,095 per person; the cost page has the full breakdown by group size.
What we do with the details you send is set out in our privacy notice. In short: we use them to answer you and to run your trek, and we never sell them.
Email us
For detailed trip plans, custom itineraries or anything you would like in writing, email info@annapurnacircuittrek.co.uk. Email is monitored alongside WhatsApp, so expect a reply within an hour during working hours. If you are writing about an existing booking, put your booking reference in the subject line.
Our office in Pokhara
Our office is at Buddha Chowk in Pokhara. That matters for the Circuit specifically: Pokhara is where most Annapurna Circuit trips finish, where the road and flight connections from Jomsom land, and where our guides live between departures. UK trekkers are welcome to drop in for a pre-trek briefing, a kit check, or a cup of tea. Just let us know you are coming.

Before you contact us: what to have ready
The more you tell us up front, the more accurate your first quote will be. Useful details:
- Rough dates: month and year is fine to start. Thorong La is season-sensitive, so the month changes the advice we give you
- Group size, including ages if anyone is under 18 or over 60
- Fitness level: regular hillwalker, occasional gym, first long trek? Our difficulty and fitness guide has an honest self-test
- Altitude experience: the highest you have slept before, and whether you have had AMS symptoms
- Itinerary preference: the 8-day standard Circuit, the 10-day with Tilicho Lake, or the 11-day lakes route
- Insurance status, whether you already hold a policy covering trekking to 6,000 m and helicopter evacuation
- Dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan, allergies
- UK airport: helps us suggest the simplest routing to Kathmandu
How to pay: 10% deposit, balance in Nepal
You do not need to commit to anything to enquire. When you are ready to lock in your dates, the process is:
- 10% deposit in GBP via our brand hub, 6knepaltreks.com. This holds your dates and your guide.
- Balance paid in Nepal, in NPR, USD or by card, before the trek starts.
- Free change up to 14 days before departure. The full sliding scale is in our cancellation and refund terms.
See the full cost breakdown for what is and is not included.
